Terms & Conditions of the Job Guarantee

Commitment to Success: We are dedicated to making you job-ready in 9 months or less. Being "job-ready" means you will have mastered programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and other relevant technologies. You will also be well-prepared to excel in technical interviews.

Refund and Compensation Policy: If we fail to help you meet these job readiness standards, you are entitled to a full refund plus an additional compensation of $5,000 USD.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for this guarantee, you must fulfill the following conditions diligently and provide documented proof:

Payment: Complete payment of the full program fee.
Attendance: Participate in at least two scheduled coaching calls each week. Active participation is required, including asking questions, providing feedback, or completing tasks during calls.
Interviews: Successfully pass both the JavaScript and React technical interviews conducted by our team. These will be proctored with live coding sessions to ensure authenticity.
Completion: Finish all program components within the 9-month period.
Progress Updates: Submit a daily progress update on Skool. Updates must detail specific tasks completed, challenges faced, and goals for the next day.
Job Search Strategies:
- Apply to a minimum of 10 jobs per day. Provide evidence such as screenshots or email confirmations of complete submissions with tailored resumes and cover letters.
- Engage in LinkedIn networking by sending a minimum of 100 connection invites per week. Submit logs of LinkedIn conversations or meaningful interactions resulting from connection requests.
Interview Generation: Secure at least 10 job interviews using our strategies. Provide official interview invitations or confirmations from companies.
Interview Preparation: Participate in all interview preparation calls. Submit recordings of interviews (where feasible and with consent) for analysis immediately post-interview. Ensure proper consent and authenticity by reviewing scheduling and follow-up communications.
Assignments: Submit all take-home assignments received during the interview process. Assignments must meet quality benchmarks and may require resubmission if standards are not met.
Not receive a job offer of at least $60,000 per year (pro rata) for a developer role. If you are offered or otherwise earn at least $60,000 per year after starting the program, you do not qualify for the refund.

Commitment from the Participant: To be eligible for this guarantee, you must actively engage in the program and utilize the resources provided. This includes regular attendance, consistent job applications, active participation in networking, and adherence to feedback and guidance from our coaching team.

Ensuring Fair Participation:

Fake Job Applications: All job applications must be complete and tailored. Submit screenshots or email confirmations as proof.
Automated LinkedIn Connections: Logs of LinkedIn conversations or meaningful interactions must be submitted to ensure genuine engagement.
Minimal Participation in Calls: Active participation is required in all coaching and preparation calls.
Progress Updates: Detailed progress updates must be submitted daily, outlining specific tasks, challenges, and goals.
Interview Recordings: Submit recordings of interviews with proper consent and authenticity. Provide official interview invitations or confirmations from companies.
Passing Technical Interviews: Proctored interviews with live coding sessions will be conducted to ensure authenticity.
Networking without Engagement: Submit logs of meaningful LinkedIn interactions, including the number of messages exchanged and responses received.
Job Search Strategy Adherence: Detailed reports on job search strategies must be provided, demonstrating adherence to guidance.
Take-Home Assignments: Assignments must meet quality benchmarks and may require resubmission if standards are not met.
Attendance Fraud: Participation will be tracked through interactive elements like polls, quizzes, or breakout sessions. Active involvement in discussions is required.

Claiming the Guarantee: You may claim this guarantee only after the completion of 9 months from the date of contract signing, provided all the above criteria are satisfied. Eligibility will be verified through documentation and regular progress reviews.

Although we can not guarantee literal employment, we are confident all our hardworking students will secure a job. To apply for a refund, students must contact Frontend Simplified at cristian@developerpro.io within a year of starting the program. You do not qualify for a refund if you cannot demonstrate the steps mentioned above.
